How can I cancel my order?

If your order was cancelled and you still wish to receive it, the fastest option is to place a new order on our website.

I cancelled my order but I’m not sure if it went through. Can you confirm it?

If you cancelled using the link in your confirmation email, you should receive a second email confirming the cancellation.
